About the Stats

The stats on this site were collected from a number of different sources and by a number of different people. I believe that for the most part they are correct but if you find any errors please email me and let me know at support@nhlreference.com.

The stats are based on a yearly system that uses the starting year of the season. So the 1987-88 season is listed as the 1987 season in my database. I know that some people disagree with this but it is mainly a matter of semantics. I've added the -88 to most of the years in order to get around the confusion.

These stats are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but they are not official. Small errors probably do exist. If you find something that you believe to be in error, please email support@nhlreference.com to report it.
